The 'Hagia Sophia Fiction Story Contest and Book Launch', organized by the Young MUSIAD to raise the level of knowledge and awareness about the 'Hagia Sophia Mosque' in the society, and to tell the relevant approaches through stories, was held with a ceremony held at MUSIAD Headquarters. In the Hagia Sophia Story Contest, which is the first in its field, awards were given to the stories that ranked high.

Young MUSIAD President Furkan Akbal, Turkish Writers Union Istanbul Branch President Mahmut Bıyıklı, Young MUSIAD Board Members, MUSIAD Art and MUSIAD Women members also attended the ceremony.

Dozens of applications came from all over Turkey for the Fiction Story Contest, which was organized with the theme of the Hagia Sophia Mosque, the symbol of the conquest of Istanbul. As a result of the jury evaluation, the first 3 stories among the 12 stories that made it to the final were awarded. Osman Gökçeer won the first prize with his story "Four Seasons in the Shadow of Hagia Sophia", while Utku Genç won the second prize with his story "Dehliz", and İlknur Bulut came in third with the story "Sofia's Awakening". it happened.

In his speech at the ceremony, Young MUSIAD President Furkan Akbal said, "I think we have achieved very important gains in this meaningful night we organized to mark our history." At the ceremony, the authors of the first three stories made short evaluations about their stories.

Young MUSIAD, which has recently started the "Breathe to Nature" campaign to create a greener world together with its domestic and international branches, gave 10 awards on behalf of Educator-Author Erhan Erken, Researcher-Author Melike Günyüz, and Istanbul Provincial Culture and Tourism Directorate, who were the members of the jury at the end of the ceremony. seedlings were donated.
