The first of the Institutional Memory Trainings organized under the coordination of MUSIAD Women, MUSIAD 3rd Term President Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat participated.

Making the opening and greeting speech in the program, MUSIAD Women's President Meryem İlbahar said, "In our new era, we will be in contact not only with more than 300 female members under the roof of MUSIAD, but also with women who produce something in their home."

President İlbahar explained the starting point of the institutional memory training they held as follows: “The Institutional Memory Training Series is the output of the Regional Consultation Meeting that we have held at 3 different points since we took office. When we talk about our Corporate Memory, we think of our very esteemed President, Ömer Bolat.”

Dr. Bolat also continued his statements with the topics he organized under three main headings: leadership management, strategic management and women entrepreneurs.

Members from the provinces of İnegöl, Tekirdağ, Balıkesir, İzmir, Denizli, Antalya, Gebze, Manisa and Yalova participated in the training held at MUSIAD Headquarters.
