The MUSIAD 1st Region Textile Summit was held today at the Grand Ankara Hotel, where the members of the Textile, Leather and Ready-to-Wear Sector came together and opinions on business development were taken.

Former Minister of State Kürşat Tuzmen, MUSIAD Textile, Leather and Ready-to-Wear Sector Board Chairman Fatih Canpolat, PROGROUP Chairman of the Board Dr. Salim Çam, Founder and CEO of PTTAvm Trade and E-Trade Company Hakan Çevikoğlu,  MÜSİAD Ankara Branch Founding President Hüdayi Çakır also attended.

Emphasizing that the MUSIAD Headquarters Management declared 2022 as an "investment year" and dividing Turkey into 5 regions, MUSIAD President Canpolat said, "We set out with the motto of '5 regions, 5 investments'. For this reason, we started our first project with R&D studies that will employ 5000 people. We are planning to implement our Textile Production Factory in Ankara, which values ​​human values ​​at EU standards, in accordance with the EU standards.While each city of our country is branding within itself, especially in various fields such as yarn, fabric and production, our target is to make Istanbul and Ankara two main brands in fashion and textile stated."
