MUSIAD SAİME SULTAN SCIENCE AND ART CENTER OPENED WITH CEREMONY

MÜSİAD Saime Sultan Science and Art Center, built with the contributions of Independent Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (MUSIAD) İnegöl Branch members, was opened with a ceremony attended by Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer, Bursa Governor Yakup Canbolat, MUSIAD President Mahmut Asmalı and Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş.

Wishing MUSIAD Saime Sultan Science and Art Center to be beneficial to the teachers and students who will teach here, Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer said, "When we took office, there were 179 science and art centers in Türkiye. We have increased this number to 379 in order to facilitate our children's access to science and art centers. and we gave good news in 2023," he said.

Minister Özer continued his words as follows:

Noting that the new science and art centers, which are opened today, provide educational support to develop the talents of gifted students, Özer said, "When we took office, there were 179 science and art centers in Türkiye. We increased this number to 379 in order to facilitate our children's access to science and art centers and gave good news in 2023. We said, 'We will establish science and art centers in all 922 districts so that our children can easily reach BİLSEM'. Thus, as TEKNOFEST youth, as stated by our President, they can take firm steps towards the future by dealing with science and art."

Speaking at the Opening Program of MUSIAD Saime Sultan Science and Art Center, MUSIAD President Mahmut Asmalı said, "Our center will serve our children who have been successful in special talent exams with its 32 rooms, 24 classrooms and 11 laboratories. It is these well-educated talented new generations that make Türkiye strong in the field and at the table. They will build it,” he said.

President Asmalı made the following statements in his speech:

"Undoubtedly, our most important strength and wealth is our young generations and our children. Our center, with its 32 rooms, 24 classrooms and 11 laboratories, will serve our children who have been successful in special talent exams. These well-educated and talented new generations will build a strong Türkiye on the field and at the table. In the words of our Honorable President, Teknofest Generation will be the pioneers and soldiers of a strong Türkiye in the field, and the generations that will grow up in the humanities and social sciences will be the pioneers and soldiers of a strong Türkiye at the table. We can secure our independence and future if we can raise generations who are not alienated from their land and nation. We have this potential. This force is present in the codes of our necip nation, who has established peace and justice on the continents for centuries. As long as we pave the way for our children, provide them with opportunities and support them according to their abilities."

Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer and MUSIAD President Mahmut Asmalı, who also visited Hacı Sevim Yıldız Furniture and Interior Design Technology Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in İnegöl, met with the youth and listened to the work in the field of vocational education.

Expressing that MUSIAD is one of the most important stakeholders in vocational education in his statement here, Minister Özer said that together they will build a much stronger vocational education system.
