MÜSİAD Export Development Commission, MÜSİAD Deputy Chairman Abdurrahman Uzun and MÜSİAD Export Development Commission President Ahmet Cihaner, under the chairmanship of Export Development Inc. He visited the institution and met with General Manager Kasım Akdeniz.

At the meeting, firstly, MÜSİAD Vice President Abdurrahman Uzun briefly mentioned the activities of MÜSİAD and the work carried out as Business and Trade Development Commissions.

Afterwards, MÜSİAD Export Development Commission President Ahmet Cihaner gave information about the activities of the commission. The studies carried out to improve the export capacities of the members, to increase the number of non-exporting members, to analyze commercial intelligence, to inform the members about foreign organizations, incentives and supports were conveyed.

During the meeting, information was given about the Anatolian Export Meetings Program that MÜSİAD will hold in Sakarya on September 14.

İGE A.Ş. General Manager Kasım Akdeniz stated that the primary goal should be to increase value-added exports.

It was stated that İGE A.Ş. worked with 6 banks in 2022 and had a total of 2 thousand export loan applications, and that in 2023, İGE A.Ş. worked with a total of 16 banks and a total of 30 loan applications were made.

At the meeting, consultations were held regarding the common cooperation and work areas of the two institutions.
