Independent Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (MÜSİAD) has been organizing every two years since 2015 at TİM Show Center with the motto "THE POWER OF US" to ensure the success of MÜSİAD VİZYONER in order to add value to its prestige in the national and international arena and to increase its brand value happened.
The future of the business world was discussed at the Vizyoner'23 Summit held at Maslak TİM Show Center on November 4, 2023. Vizyoner'23, which brought together the leaders and thinkers of the business world by addressing the changes required by the business world of the future, was held under the light of four topics and with the motto "The Power of Us". Rich content was presented to the participants in the sessions held under the titles "Our Power in Technology", "Our Power in Enterprise", "Our Power in Changing the World", "Our Power in Values".
While the summit hosted valuable names who have achieved significant success in their fields, Minister of Commerce Ömer Bolat, Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Baykar Chairman of the Board of Directors Selçuk Bayraktar, as well as Former President of Religious Affairs Mehmet Görmez, writer and academician Prof. Dr. Türker Kılıç, Turkcell General Manager Dr. Ali Taha Koç, Next Academy founder Levent Erden, and the successful Coach of the National Football Team Vincenzo Montella also added color to the summit with their speeches.

Speaking at the opening of MÜSİAD Vizyoner '23 Summit, Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır pointed out that great strides have been made in many fields under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan with a local and national understanding in 21 years and said: "20 years ago, 240 million dollars a year While exporting, today we are talking about a defense industry export of 5.4 billion dollars in the last 12 months. We continue to work to further increase this figure in the coming period. We have established planned industrial infrastructures that can meet the needs of our industrialists. We have implemented incentive packages that will increase the investment appetite of the private sector. We have activated local development dynamics. We offered state supports to the industrial sector, SMES, academicians and entrepreneurs. Today, our country continues its technology development journey with more than 9 thousand 800 enterprises in 101 technoparks. Together with our more than 1600 R&D and design centers, we have a large population of 222 thousand people. We have an R&D army. In 2002, we had exports of 36 billion dollars. Today, we are talking about a record export of 254 billion dollars. "Approximately 240 billion dollars of this export is made up of the manufacturing industry," Kacır said, adding, "We aim to increase the number of similar success stories by carrying the approach we apply in TOGG, our national pride, to different areas."
Ömer Bolat, the Minister of Trade and one of the former president of MÜSİAD, said in his speech at Vizyoner'23, "You are a brother of whom two-thirds of his working life, half of his life has been spent with his duties at MÜSİAD, and now, as the Minister of Trade for 5 months, the meaning of me speaking on this podium right now is in my mind." "During the transformation process in the global economy, the traditional structure of international trade has changed significantly, and the subject of trade has shifted from labor-intensive sectors to technology-intensive sectors. ASMALI: “Türkiye IS A GREAT POWER BOTH REGIONALLY AND GLOBALLY”
In his speech, Asmalı said, “In the Turkish Century, where we have entered the 100th year of our Republic; With a national income of 905 billion dollars, exports exceeding the level of 255 billion dollars, and a labor market with employment exceeding 31 million, Türkiye has managed to become a great power both globally and regionally. Our country; Thanks to its existing manufacturing potential, flexible production capacity, qualified manpower and proximity to major markets, it has become a serious production base. "We have full confidence that Türkiye, which has brought its export flag to more than 200 countries and made great strides in many fields from economy to infrastructure and urbanization, from education to health, will continue this success in the coming period and will be among the 10 largest economies in the world in the second century of our Republic," he said.
BAYKAR CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS SELÇUK BAYRAKTAR: "IN 20 YEARS, WE HAVE REDUCED FROM 85 PERCENT DEPENDENCE ON OUTSIDE TO 20 PERCENT DEPENDENCE ON OUTSIDE"
Making a presentation at Vizyoner'23, BAYKAR Chairman of the Board of Directors Selçuk Bayraktar shared his brand story and vision with the participants. Stating that Baykar alone exported a high technology that left its mark on the world to 33 countries, Bayraktar said, "Türkiye has produced 5 times more known UAVs in the world than its closest rival (the USA). If you look at the use of technology, Turkish armies use UAVs." "Bayraktar has won the first war against them with TB2," he said. "Bayraktar TB3 is currently in the air, its third flight test is being carried out," said Bayraktar, adding that TEKNOFEST has received great attention since its first year and broke world records. After the world records, he continued to break his own records by a wide margin. "We hosted 4.5 million visitors on the 100th anniversary of our Republic," he said.

Speaking at the opening of the Visionary'23 Summit, President of the Board of Directors of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO), Şekib Avdagiç, said that he was happy to be at the meeting and said: “The Turks who gave life to trade are returning to their roles again. We are living in a period where technological progress is taking place very rapidly in the world, and Türkiye is establishing a digital economy in a century where transformation has become an absolute necessity in the digital age.
