The report on the Food Retailing Sector Research, coordinated by the Independent Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (MÜSİAD) Education, Culture, and Publication Committees, has been published.

Published under the coordination of MÜSİAD Education, Culture, and Publication Committees, the report was written by Prof. Dr. Ömer Torlak, Prof. Dr. Şuayıp Özdemir, and Assistant Professor İzzet Gülşen. The report addresses the problems of the food retailing sector, which holds a significant market share in Turkey, and provides solutions to these issues. It discusses the transformation of retailing from its past to the present in Turkey.
